Join Alyssa Caron and Dawn Saunders Dahl for a morning of connecting with your inner world and artistic expression through watercolour and sketching. You’ll use mindfulness practices to tune in and sketching and/or watercolour to express your inner worlds outwardly.

If you’re moving through massive transition, loss, or heartbreak right now, give yourself permission to express what words can’t.
In the Expressive Wellness Workshop, you show up just as you are.
Using meditation and mindfulness, you’ll connect to your inner emotional landscape without judgment. From there, abstract sketching and watercolour invite you to pour your inner world onto paper - finally releasing what you haven’t had the words for.
Being human is messy.
Bring your mess, and see how beautiful it can be.
