Join Alyssa Caron and Dawn Saunders Dahl for a meditation-meets-watercolour workshop to connect to your intuition and creativity!
Nervous because you haven't [ainted years if at all?! Don't worry, no experience with meditation OR watercolour necessary! We’ll utilize meditation to let go of perfectionism and allow our creative muscles to come alive through watercolour and ink-doodles.
You’ll leave the workshop with your own piece of abstract watercolour and ink artwork and mindfulness tools to ignite your creativity.
