Monday September 29th, join us for a shuttle to Lake Moraine for a Paint and Meditate Workshop inspired by the sunrise over the Valley of Ten Peaks. This is a full day spent at Lake Moraine during Larch Season, you'll have enough time to get a Larch hike in as well! Pick up from Canmore or Banff.

About the event
Monday September 29th, join Alyssa Caron of Bloom to Fruit Alchemy and Dawn Saunders Dahl of Listen Studios for a specialty Paint and Meditate Workshop at the shore of Lake Moraine while the Sun rises around us.
We'll meditate to slow down and connect to our creativity, and apply watercolour from a place of tranquility and inspiration. No experience with meditation OR watercolour necessary. We’ll supply the materials, transportation and snacks; you supply the excitement to create! Pickup at 5:15 am at Listen Studios in Canmore (Unit 209, 102 Boulder Crescent) OR 5:40 am at Banff Train Station. Arrival at Lake Moraine at 7am
Departure from Lake Moraine at 1pm
Arrive back at Listen Studios around 2:30pm
