A collaboration with Listen Studios
Join myself and multi-medium artist Dawn Saunders-Dahl for a meditation-meets-watercolour workshop to connect to your intuition and creativity. These 90 minute workshops are designed to help you let go of perfectionism so you can create freely and authentically.
In Autumn of 2025 we have exciting opportunities to Paint and Meditate at the iconic Moraine Lake during Larch Season, and a handful of workshops at Listen Studios! We're excited to Paint & Meditate with you.

Sunset Paint and Meditate at Lake Moraine
Saturday September 13th, join us for a trip to Lake Moraine for a Paint and Meditate Workshop inspired by the sunset over the Valley of Ten Peaks.
Allow yourself to connect with the energy of Lake Moraine, meditate to clear your mind and produce your own unique watercolour artwork.

Monday September 29th, join Alyssa Caron of Bloom to Fruit Alchemy and Dawn Saunders Dahl of Listen Studios for a specialty Paint and Meditate Workshop at the shore of Lake Moraine while the Sun rises around us. We'll spend the afternoon at the lake, so you'll be able to venture off to Larch Valley if you'd like!
*Option for Plein Air painters who don't want to be a part of the workshop; Ticket is $125 in this case and includes snacks and refreshments*
